This is a theme deck; it tries to use only cards that are Black, Blue, *and* White in color identity (except for a few artifacts and 2-color cards such as Lieges).
It includes every Black+Blue+White Legend that exists.
To be silly, I usually start the game by randomly selecting one general from the choices below (I "mill" until I find a general, then reshuffle).
