SPA

Treat as a PA, except it cannot discharge energy to space. Instead, it discharges energy to nearby ships.
During Impulse Activity, if there are units (size 5 or larger) at range 0, roll a PA facing (1-3=front, 4-6=rear). All the energy in that facing is emptied as damage to those units (divide evenly between units).
If there are no units at range 0, the ship may empty 1/10 (round up) of the energy in one PA facing to any unit (any size) at range 1 in that firing arc. Asteroids and terrain are legal targets.
