You may use a TRAN-INT even if the ship has an ATF running, unless the owner of the ATF does not wish it to happen.
House Rule: Pretty limited system; but has uses for races which have trouble getting around physically (Opposition, Old Kings, Whale Units). Also might be useful on a large starbase or planet.
House Rule: You may use TRAN-INT to go from a ship to another in it's Size (whatever) Bay, or vice versa.
