| I put mana-fixing lands, mana rocks, and land tutor/ramp at the end, to prevent some clutter in the list.

| What constitutes a "generically useful card" is all my personal opinion, of course. Keep in mind I usually do not make control decks, so there won't be a lot of counterspells and the like here.

| This page should probably be updated more often than the other EDH Reference lists, due to time-sensitive nature of it, but I honestly don't think I'll update this very often. (Once a year at best.) I expect it to still be somewhat accurate even a long time from now.

| This list was generated using a script, which probably isn't perfect, so there might be a card here or there that is accidentally over $1, or there might be some really terrible cards on this list.
