| I wanted a couple of colorless decks that don't do the usual thing (Forge+Disk, etc.).

| This deck runs lots of cards that use "charge counters", and ways to add or move those counters around. (Proliferate, etc.)

| Karn is probably a better general for this deck, but I'm trying to not repeat generals in the decks I have together.
