| This is a "Lend Out" deck. I never play these decks myself; they are for lending out to others who don't have decks, or only 1-2 decks that they're bored of. Lend Out decks don't run very many tutors, as I've found that handing someone a deck then having them tutor takes a long time to do (because they have to read a bunch of cards).
