This is a theme deck; it uses only cards that are both Black and Blue (except for a few artifacts).
It includes every Black+Blue Legend that exists. For the 2 color adjacent decks, I put 10 in the sideboard. Sometimes I play one of those.
To be silly, I usually start the game by randomly selecting one general from the choices below (I "mill" until I find a general, or choose one from the sideboard).
