This is a theme deck; it uses only cards that are both Blue and Red in color identity (except for a few artifacts).
It includes every Blue+Red Legend that exists.
To be silly, I usually start the game by randomly selecting one general from the choices below (I "mill" until I find a general, then reshuffle).
